Buhari's Ministers Reportedly Caught Sleeping During The 2017 Budget Presentation

The Ministers, includes  red-beret wearing Minister of Youths and Sports Solomon Dalung, were reportedly caught sleeping while President Buhari was presenting the 2017 budget to the joint session of the National Assembly on Wednesday.
